Getting Around

A popular area with walkers, there are several paths through forest and farmland, with some of the beaches only reachable on foot.

A regular bus service runs to Zante Town, as well as a taxi service in the resort. Alternatively hiring a bicycle, motorcycle, jeep or car is easily available in the resort.

The Beach

There are several beaches in the area many with golden sands, shallow waters, sunbeds for rent and with a selection of watersports on offer. Some of the beaches have limited watersports due to nesting green loggerhead turtles.

The Resort

There are numerous tavernas and restaurants around the resort, ranging from fish to traditional Greek, English, Chinese and Italian cuisines. Nightlife is limited to what’s offered at the hotels, for a livelier choice take a trip into Argassi which has bars and clubs open till dawn.
