Location

The apartments are situated on Montemar beach and are close to Puerto Marina harbour and only 10 minutes from the famous La Carihuela, with its numerous beach side restaurants specialising in local fish dishes. The airport is approx 8 km.

The accommodation consists of 341 apartments, distributed on two buildings, one with nine and the other with 11 floors, including studio rooms, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartments.

Guest rooms are each provided with a fully equipped bathroom, well equipped kitchen, satellite TV and telephone. Apartments have a separate bedroom and living area.
