The hotel offers a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, safety deposit boxes and internet access. In addition there is a hairdresser and a choice of shops.

Guests have a choice of dining options including an Arabian cafe, pizzeria, a 24 hour bar, snack bar, pool bars, restaurant and a beach bar in the shape of a sailing ship.

The hotel has extensive grounds including three swimming pools including a large lagoon pool which is surrounded by sun terraces furnished with sunbeds and parasols. Beach chairs are available at the beach (incur a small fee).
