The hotel offers a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service and safety deposit box. In addition there is a gift shop and hairdresser.

There is a choice of eateries including a restaurant, a snack bar, lounge bar, poolside snack bar and a beachside snack bar/pizzeria.

There is an outdoor swimming pool, a separate children's pool and an indoor pool. All the pools are surrounded by sun terraces furnished with sunbeds. The hotel also offers sunbeds at the beach.

There is also a fitness centre with massage service, a sauna, a Turkish bath, gym and a Spa centre for a relaxing.

Sports facilities include tennis courts (floodlit), boules, table tennis, mini golf, archery, mini football and a pool table.

Children can be kept entertained at the childrens pool or the kids club.

The hotel provides live music 3 times a week.

Location

The hotel is set within stunning gardens and just 400 metres from the beach which can be reached by the Saadia Hotel’s horse and carriage. At the beach there is a choice of watersports including windsurfing, sailing, parasailing and kayaking.

Monastir city or Sousse resort can be reached using the local bus from outside the Saadia Hotel every half hour.

There are also two golf courses close to the hotel.

Due to its location, aircraft noise may be heard.

The hotel consists of 300 rooms, of which there are twin, triple and quadruple rooms.

All rooms come equipped with a ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, satellite TV (on request), hire safe, telephone and a balcony or terrace.
