The main restaurant offers buffets at breakfast and evening meal and there are 2 pool-side bars serving drinks, snacks and lunches. There is also a cafe, a lobby lounge bar and regular daytime and evening entertainment.

Sissi Bay Hotel is located 300 metres from Boufos beach and just a couple of minutes walk from the picturesque natural harbour where you will find a range of shops and tavernas as well as cash points, a pharmacy etc. There is also a mini-golf within approx 100 metres and tennis and water sports are available approx 800 metres away.

There is a bus stop outside the hotel if you wish to explore further and nearby resorts include Malia (7km) and Aghios Nikolaos (20km).

Meals: buffet breakfast (7 am - 10 am), lunch (12.30 pm - 2.30 pm, choice of two dishes plus salads) and buffet dinner (6.30 pm - 9 pm). Breakfast and dinner are available at the main restaurant and lunch is served at the pool bar.

Snacks: sandwiches and chips are available between 10.30 am and 12.30 pm at the pool bar. Afternoon tea (with cake and ice cream for children) is available from 4 pm to 5 pm.

Drinks: Locally produced drinks such as ouzo, raki, brandy, draught beer, house wine, draught soft drinks, coffee and tea are served between 6.30 pm and 9 pm in the main restaurant and from 10.30 am - 11 pm at the pool bar.
