The facilities provided for guests at the hotel includes a 24 hour reception, currency exchange and ATM, laundry and dry cleaning service, medical assistance, internet access, car rental, shuttle bus service to Naama Bay, mini market and shops.

There are 2 outdoor swimming pools, indoor heated pool, Spa and wellness centre with massage, Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and yoga, beauty salon for facial treatments, manicures and pedicures. Sports facilities include tennis courts, volleyball, billiards, various water sports at the beach including pedalos, banana boats, water skiing and diving centre.

There is a open air amphitheatre, varied daytime and evening entertainment programme and for the younger guests there is a special entertainment programme with qualified animators as well as a kids club, play ground and children's swimming pool.

Dining options within the complex include a main buffet restaurant, steak house and a a la carte restaurant as well as a pool bar, piano bar and a spa bar.

The resort is situated in Sharks Bay approx 5 minutes from the airport and 12 km from Naama Bay.

The resort provides 538 comfortable and spacious guest rooms which are each provided with a private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini fridge, safe and a balcony or terrace.

All Inclusive

The all inclusive package consists of early breakfast 0500-0700, breakfast 0700-1030, lunch 1300-1530 and dinner 1830-2230, all served buffet style in the main restaurant.

Snacks are available at the pool bar 1100-1700, patio bar 1700-1900 and late night snacks are offered from midnight until 0100.

Locally produced beverages including alcoholic and soft drinks are provided from 1000 until 2300 at various outlets according to individual opening times.
