The hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception, currency exchange, safe deposit boxes, internet access, laundry service, medical assistance and a shuttle bus service.

Leisure facilities include a water park with 9 adult slides, 22 children's slides, wave pool and a lazy river. There are also 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated in winter, Spa with saunas, steam room, health club with jacuzzi whirlpool, gym, massage and beauty treatments and an entertainment programme including live music, quizzes, shows and karaoke.

Sports facilities include a PADI approved scuba diving school, tennis, volleyball, basketball, jogging tracks, table tennis, darts, water polo and a games room.

There is a buffet restaurant, serving a variety of international and local cuisine, lounge bar, 2 poolside bars (one of which serves snacks) and a beach snack bar.

For the younger guests there is a children's pool, play area and kids club.

Location

The complex is situated 350m from the beach and is approx 10 minutes from the airport and approx 20 minutes from Naama Bay which is easily reached by the shuttle bus run by the hotel.

There are 401 elegantly furnished guest rooms which are each provided with e private bathroom, hair dryer, satellite TV, mini fridge, direct dial telephone, in room safe and balcony or terrace with a view of the pool, mountain or gardens. Superior rooms are also available with extra facilities such as tea/coffee maker, bathrobe, slippers, amenity kit and balcony with sea view.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:30-22:00), all buffet style, served in the Palm restaurant and/or the Aqua Piper restaurant.

Snacks are available from 11:00-12:00 & 16:30-17:30 at the Lotus pool bar and the Coral beach bar.

Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, tea and coffee are served at the Lotus pool bar (10:30-sunset), the Tiran pool bar (10:30-22:00), the Coral beach bar (09:00-sunset), the Panorama bar (10:30-midnight), the Cascades bar (19:00-midnight) and the Aqua Park (waterfall bar, 10:30-sunset).
