The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, a pharmacy, internet cafe, laundry facilities, 2 shopping arcades and a shuttle bus service to Naama Bay.

Sports and leisure facilities include 2 swimming pools with children's sections and sun terraces furnished with sun loungers and parasols, a newly opened Aquapark which includes 6 slides, two tennis courts, a football and a volley ball court, table tennis, darts, a health club, a open air discotheque and a diving centre.

Dining options include a main restaurant, 2 a la carte restaurant, snack bars, poolside bar and lobby bar.

Further facilities include animation team providing daytime activities and evening entertainment and a kids club.A baby sitting service is also available upon request.

The hotel provides 263 guest rooms and 107 bungalows which are elegantly furnished and decorated and benefit from private bathrooms and shower, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, mini bar and hair dryer.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (7.30 am to 10.30 pm), late breakfast (10.30 am to noon), lunch (noon to 2 pm) and dinner (7 pm to 10.30 pm with different theme nights), all served buffet style. (the late breakfast is served at the pool bar and lobby bar and breakfast, lunch & dinner are served at the main restaurant). Lunch may also be taken at the Corallo beach restaurant.

Snacks and fresh fruit are served at the pool bars and lobby bar from 10.30 am until noon. Afternoon snacks, cakes and fresh fruit are available at the pool bar and beach bar from 3.30 pm until sunset. Late bites are available at the lobby bar from 10.30 pm until midnight.

A welcome drink is provided to all guests on arrival (choice of tea, soft drinks & juices). All inclusive guests can enjoy the lobby bar (10 am until midnight) and two pool bars (9.30 am until sunset during winter or 8 pm during summer). Available drinks are mineral water (still and sparkling), American coffee, Italian espresso, tea, soft drinks, iced tea (all by the glass), local beer (by the glass or bottle), wine (white, red & rose), local alcoholic drinks and cocktails (all by the glass) from 9.30 am until midnight.
