Iberotel Palace Hotel has a 2 outdoor swimming pools (one of which is heated in winter), with an integrated children's pool surrounded by a wide sun terrace with sun loungers, towels, shades, tables and chairs, extending to the garden area in front of the beach.

The main restaurant offers buffet breakfast and evening meals with show cooking, indoor and outdoor dining. There is also an A la Carte restaurant on the beach front with views over the Red Sea, an Italian restaurant, a beach bar serving drinks and afternoon snacks and light meals, the pool bar, the lobby lounge cocktail bar and a lively pub style entertainment bar.

Leisure activities include tennis courts, diving taster sessions, volleyball, darts, pool and table tennis, a fitness gym, aqua aerobics and a wellness centre which offers various massage and beauty treatments and, has a sauna, steam bath and indoor pool. The entertainments team also organise daytime sporting activities and, in the evenings there is music and twice weekly shows.

Services offered include 24 hour reception and room service, currency exchange, excursion bookings, free boat transfers to the coral reef, bike hire, medical assistance and laundry.

Located on the beach front at Sharm El Maya Bay, the Iberotel Palace Hotel is also just 100 metres from the centre of Sharm El Maya. There is also a golf course nearby.
