The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception and concierge service, in house doctor, laundry facilities, internet corner, business services and beauty salon. The hotel also provides a free Shuttle bus to Naama Bay and Sharm El Sheikh 5 times daily

Sports and leisure facilities include 2 swimming pool which are heated during winter, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, day time and evening entertainment programme, tennis courts, fitness centre, billiards, table tennis, basketball and volleyball. Water sports including snorkelling are also available.

The hotel provides a range of bars and restaurants to meet guests dining needs including a buffet restaurant, pool side restaurant and bar serving a variety of snacks and drinks, an a la carte restaurant and Shisha cafe. The hotel also provides a beach bar, lounge bar and a disco bar.

The hotel provides excellent facilities for the children with their own special buffet meals and high chairs in the restaurant, kids club, play room, 2 swimming pools, play ground and baby sitting service upon request.

Location

The hotel is located on the cliff at Ras Om El Sid and has its own sandy beach. The resort centre is approx 5 km and the airport is approx 20 km.

MEALS:

Breakfast : 07.00−10.30, Lunch: 12.30−14.30 and Dinner: 18.00−22.00 (in winter until 21.00), all served buffet style in the main restaurant.

A variety of snacks and ice creams for children are served at selected times between meals.

BEVERAGES:

Unlimited locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are served at selected outlets between 10.00 and midnight according to individual opening times.
