The facilities provided for guests includes a lobby with a 24-hour reception, safe, currency exchange desk and lift. There is also conference facilities, internet access and medical assistance.

There are 2 swimming pools, one of which is heated, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, tennis courts, bicycle rental, aerobics and TV room, water polo, billiards, French bowls and 3 jacuzzis.

A buffet style restaurant, poolside bar, snack bar, bar and disco pub are also provided for guests.

For the younger guests the hotel provides a separate swimming pool, kids club, entertainment, mini disco and a playground.

Location

The hotel is situated approx 500m from the beach, 1.5 km to the centre of San Agustin and 5 km from Playa del Ingles. The airport is approx 25 km.

Rooms

Guest rooms are provided with a bathroom, telephone, safe (local charge) and a furnished balcony or terrace. Some rooms may have a living room with satellite TV, sofa bed and view to the garden or pool as opposed to the road. Daily maid service and weekly linen change.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style / self service, served in the El Jardin main restaurant.

During lunch & dinner water, cola, sprite, fanta, draught beer and local wine are offered.

Snacks, ice cream and tea time with coffee, tea and cakes are also available.

Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, gin, etc are served at the El Palmeral pool bar (self service), the Teatro bar and the El Cuarto bar.

Customers have free entrance at the disco Bora Bora (23:00-01:30, six days a week).
