Dorada Palace Aparthotel has a large irregular shaped swimming pool, surrounded by a wide sun terrace furnished with loungers and parasols. There is also a roof-top sun terrace offering a chill-out zone for adults, which benefits from views across the resort and to Port Aventura, a further swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi.

For children there is a separate pool, an adventure playground, a kids club, mini disco and, a children's buffet and high chairs in the restaurant.

The hotel has a daily entertainment programme and further leisure facilities include a small fitness gym, games room, massage and beauty treatments, pool and table tennis tables and a sauna.

The restaurant offers national and international cuisine and buffet service with show cooking and grills as well as themed nights from June to September. There is also a cafe bar and dining terrace which is open until midnight and serves snacks and light meals during the afternoons as well as a lounge bar which is open until 1am and provides evening entertainment, shows and discos.

The hotel has parking spaces and a launderette. Services offered include 24 hour reception, free Wifi (in the cafe and lounge areas) room service, a courtesy room, luggage storage, currency exchange, excursion booking and packed lunch service and, dry cleaning.

There are 240 guest rooms at the Dorada Palace Aparthotel as well as 120 one bedroom apartments, all of which are tastefully styled and have air conditioning and heating.

The guest rooms have double/twin beds, a sofa bed, an en en-suite bathroom, a 32" LCD satellite television and a direct dial telephone, a mini bar and a hire safe, a hair dryer and a balcony.

The apartments are similarly equipped but also have a separate twin bedroom, a living and dining area, as well as a fitted kitchenette with a fridge, hob and microwave.
