The hotel facilities on offer include a reception offering a safety deposit box (local charge) and local area information and car hire information.

The hotel offers a buffet restaurant serving breakfast lunch and dinner along with a la carte restaurants (may incur a local charge). The hotel offers a lounge bar and poolside bar/snack bar.

The hotel has a swimming pool and sun terrace with plenty of loungers and parasols.

For kids there is a hotel run mini club for ages 4-8 and a playground to keep them entertained. The all important mini disco is also offered.

A range of activities can be found here including live entertainment and a daily activities programme.

Location

Located high up overlooking the bay the hotel is located approx 200m from the beach, please note, there are many step leading down to the beach.

The airport is approx 40 minutes form the hotel.

Rooms

The hotel offers a total of 182 rooms.

The standard twin and superior twin rooms are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, fridge (available with local charge), safety deposit box (with local charge) and a balcony/terrace with sea view.

The superior rooms have a DVD player and local champagne & fruit basket on arrival. Baby cots are available upon request, free of charge.

All Inclusive

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-14:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30), all served as self-service full buffet. There is a gala dinner once a week.

The main restaurant operates from 08:00-23:00, has splendid views of the bay and it is fully air-conditioned.

Snacks are available from 11:00-12:30, 15:00-18:30 & 22:00-23:00.

For a taste of Mexico head for the Mexican corner (by Galeon swimming pool) for a variety of snacks throughout the day.

Ice cream and locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like beer, pepsi, mineral water, rum, gin, whiskey, cocktails, sangria, wine, etc are served from 10.00-23.00.

At the disposal of the AI guests is the lounge bar (located near the pool with a comfortable salon overlooking the sea) and the Panoramic bar (open from 09:00-02:00, by the reception area). At the hotel San Miguel there is also a Chinese restaurant (on the 8th floor), the Tapa-Tapa bar (on the 3rd floor) and a Western saloon serving American style food on the beach.
