Guests have access to a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange service, internet termain and parking. In addition there is a small supermarket, various shops, a hairdresser's salon, a beauty parlour, room and laundry service and a nightclub.

Guests can dine at a choice of 5 restaurants, one buffet and four a la carte restaurants (dress code required). There are also four bars, including a beach snack bar and pool bar, spread across the hotel.

There are two outdoor swimming pools and a childrens pool in the gardens which are surrounded by sunbeds and parasols.

Sport facilities include tennis, boccia, basketball, volleyball, fitness centre, table tennis, billiards and a selection of watersports including kayaks, windsurfing, sailing, snorkelling and scuba diving lessons.

Younger guests may participate in kids' club activities or let off steam in the playground.

For guests enjoyment, the hotel also has a daily daytime activities programme and nightly live entertainment.

The hotel is set on the beachfront.

The hotel has a fantastic location just a short distance from the Victorian city of Puerto Plata and less than an hour from the city of Santiago de Los Caballeros.

Rooms

The hotel consists of 332 rooms which are spread over the main building and six 3-storey annexe blocks.

All of the rooms offer air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, cable TV and terrace or balcony. In addition there is a coffee maker, iron/ironing board and direct dial telephone.

Guests can hire both a mini bar and a safe during their stay.

Some of the rooms have a Jacuzzi and equipped kitchen. Interconnecting rooms are also available upon request.

The maximum capacity of the rooms is 3 adults and a child or 2 adults and 2 children.
