Parque Tropical Apartments has a central swimming pool and a children's pool, both of which are freeform and solar heated. The pools are surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, parasols and relaxing tropical planted areas.

The pool-side bar and restaurant has music in the evenings and offers drinks, snacks and meals, specialising in Canarian cuisine, barbecues and paella as well as popular 'fast food' type snacks. There is also a games area with darts, table tennis and pool tables.

The complex has a mini-market and services offered include reception (7am to midnight), WiFi, internet access, currency exchange, excursion bookings, late departures room and laundry services.

The apartments have tasteful and welcoming decor and comfortable furnishings and feature a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a lounge-diner with open plan kitchen and a terrace or balcony.
