There are 226 studios and apartments at the Cinco Plazas complex, which are divided into 3 areas, namely Plaza Sol, Plaza Montana and Plaza Amarillo; each of which are set around a swimming pool and sun terrace.

The apartments have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms (sleeping up to 3,5 or 7 people respectively), a lounge, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony or terrace, most of which overlook the pool.
