The swimming pool is approx 9 x 5 metres and surrounded by a sun bathing patio. There is also a barbecue and a shaded dining terrace with patio doors into the villa.

Villa C'an Roca enjoys a countryside setting between Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, making it an ideal base to explore the countryside, the beaches, the old town of Alcudia, the fishing harbours and surrounding areas.

There is a supermarket, bars and restaurants within 1.5km, Alcudia old town is approx 1.5km, Puerto Pollensa is approx 10km and Alcudia Bay is approx 4km.

The villa has a warm and welcoming atmosphere with all the decorative accessories that make it feel homely. The downstairs accommodation comprises a lounge with a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, a reading room, a shower room and a twin bedroom. Upstairs there are a further four bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins), one of which is en-suite and a further bathroom. A cot is available, payable locally.

The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and is equipped with satellite TV (limited English channels) and a DVD player, a fridge and a microwave, a washing machine and a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a safe deposit box.
