How do I claim?

  • To be able to claim, you must have a confirmed booking through
  • You must notify us about the price match by email on the same day of booking.
  • We will only price match online offers with travel agents that are members of ABTA.
  • We must be able to verify the confirmed costings, by means of an online search with the competitor's website. The holiday must be available to book online and not on a request basis.
  • We will only match on the combined overall price, if either the accommodation or flight is cheaper they will not be considered. The flight must be the same flight, same times, from same airport and including all taxes, baggage and any additional charges imposed by the airline. The hotel must be the same dates, same room type, same board basis and available to book immediately, that is, we will not price match 'on request' bookings.
  • We will not price match against a competitor where the airline is listed as no-frills,lowcost flight or lowcost airline
  • The claim must come from the lead passenger, and must be from the email address used at booking time. You must contain the website address, the URL of the search, screenshots of the price if possible and the date and time of the price you found. We must be able to verify the price online, screenshots alone will not be accepted as proof of price.
  • The price match cannot be part of a sale, exclusive deal or a special discounted price. must be able to obtain the same price without being a member or part of a loyalty scheme.
  • We cannot price match holidays that depart within 14 days from booking time.
  • We will not price match against our own offers or bookings from cashback sites, which may change in price subject to availability.
  • You must have taken reasonable care to book on our site at the best available price.
  • We will only price match bookings with flights and accommodation. Hotel only or flight only are not eligible.
  • Only 1 price match per customer will be considered.

If the price you have found abides by all of the above, simply email us from the lead passenger's email account. Remember to include your booking reference number and all the details above.

Please remember must be able to retrieve the same quote from the other company. If we feel the quote invalidates the rules above, we reserve the right to refuse your claim.

We will notify you within 7 days with the result of your claim. acts only as an agent in respect of all bookings we take and/or make on your behalf. For all arrangements, your contract will be with the supplier of the arrangements in question. You may decide to make one or more bookings with us at the same time, however all bookings are available to be purchased separately at the same price as they are if booked together. This means that any multiple bookings do not constitute a package as defined in the Package Travel Regulations 1992. Please see our booking conditions for further details.
