Facilities on offer include a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a sitting area, lifts and internet access. Furthermore, there is a laundry service and a car park.

Dining options include a lobby bar, poolside snack bar, 2 terrace bars, a non-smoking buffet restaurant, 3 a la carte restaurants (Italian, seafood and Spanish cuisine)

Within the complex is a village style area with a choice of shops, cafes, a hairdresser and beauty salon as well as a nightclub.

For the younger guests there is a kids club (ages 4 to 12 years) and a playground.

There are two swimming pools including with one with childrens section and one heated in Winter. The pools are surrounded by sun terraces and furnished with sunbeds.

Location

The complex is located on the sea front and is built on a cliff with amazing views over the sea and the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

Playa de Las Americas is only 10km away with its beach and choice of shops, bars and restaurants.

There is also the added bonus of the golden sands of Cala Principe beach being just a short stroll away.

Rooms

The hotel consists of 486 rooms (of which 422 are double rooms) which are spread over 5 floors.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, full bathroom, hairdryer, satellite TV and hire safe. In addition there is a mini bar (soft drinks, water and beer) and a balcony or terrace.

Baby cots are available on request and will count as one person in the room and not in addition to the maximum occupancy.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive package includes buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as snacks served at selected times between meals. Use of 3 a la carte restaurants (reservations required).

Also included is an unlimited amount of hot, soft and locally produced alcoholic drinks and cocktails served for a minimum of 12 hours per day.

Daily activities usually include aerobics, aquaerobics, archery, canoes, basketball, darts, football, mini golf, scuba diving (once per stay), squash, tennis, volleyball and water polo.

Furthermore, frequent daytime activities and evening entertainment usually includes games, competitions and shows.
