Onsite facilities include a 24 hour reception desk with lobby, 4 lifts, a newspaper stand, a shop, a hairdresser's salon, a conference room and public internet terminal. In addition, there is a nightclub and room and laundry services.

Dining options include 2 bars including a poolside snack bar, themed weekly buffet and 3 theme restaurants with non-smoking areas serving Asian, Canarian and Mexican cuisine.

Children may take advantage of the playground and those aged 4 to 12 years may take part in the kids' club activities.

There is 3 swimming pools and two childrens swimming pools heated in the winter which are surrounded by sun terraces furnished with sunbeds and parasols.

For the active, guests can use table tennis, darts, rifle range, French bowls, volleyball, water polo, beach volleyball, three hard-surface tennis courts and multisports court. There is also a gym and sauna.

There is also a daily daytime and evening entertainment programme for both children (4 to€ “12 years) and adults.

This hotel is located next to the Playa del Los Pocillos beach and just a mere 400 metres from a shopping centre.

Rooms

A total of 550 rooms are spread over two main buildings (with 3 and 4 floors respectively) as well as a 2-storey annexe block.

All standard rooms sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child (12 years or younger) and are situated on the ground floor with terrace. Twin rooms with a poolview sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults plus cot.

All rooms come equipped with ensuite bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning and mini fridge. In addition there is a telephone, satellite TV and balcony or terrace.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive package includes all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) all buffet style. Also locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are included.
