All 160 studios and 31 apartments are spread over a 5 storey building.

All studios and apartments have a kitchenette with fridge and 2 cooking rings, full bathroom, direct telephone, satellite TV (some of the channels are free and some are payable locally), hire safe and terrace or balcony.

Apartments have a separate bedroom.

There is maid service five times a week, towel change three times a week and bed linen change two times a week.
