Onsite facilities include a 24 hour reception desk, internet access, games room, laundry service, hairdressing salon, limited hour room service and TV area.

Dining options include a International buffet restaurant with theme evenings (a dress code is required -men must wear long trousers), poolside bar serving snacks, lounge bar and cocktail bar.

There are two swimming pools (one heated in Winter) and there is a shallow childrens section of the main pool. There is also a waterslide and the pools are surrounded by sun terraces with sunbeds and parasols.

For the active there is a tennis court, French bowls, table tennis, squash court and volleyball.

Children are able to use the childrens playground, babysitting service (on request), mini disco and kids club (ages 3 to 12 years).

There is a daily daytime and evening entertainment including live music and shows.

Location

The hotel is situated in an enviable position in Playa de las Americas and only 350 metres from the Playa De Las Vistas beach.

The hotel is also close to the resort centre with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants.

Rooms

The hotel consists of 314 rooms which are spread over 10 floors, accessed by lifts.

Each room is spacious and comes furnished with two beds plus a sofa bed, full bathroom with shower and air conditioning. There is also a telephone, hire safe, satellite TV with limited channels and balcony or terrace.

All standard rooms sleep 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (4th bed suitable for a child up to 12 years of age).

Superior rooms are available at a supplement and also sleep up to 4 persons. They feature all of the above facilities with an additional pool view and bathrobes.

Cots are available on request but may reduce the number of people that fit in the room. There is daily maid service with towel change on alternate days and linen changed three times a week.
