The facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception service with local area information, currency exchange service and WiFi access in the lobby (may incur a local charge). Babysitting can be arranged on request payable locally.

Dining options include one buffet style restaurant serving a range of dishes, one a la carte restaurant (charges may apply), a lobby bar and a pool side bar.

The complex offers main pool with children section, oval-shaped pool with splash pool, pool in the mini club, and extensive sun terraces with loungers and parasols.

Other facilities on offer include a gymnasium, six tennis courts, two ping pong tables, volleyball, billiards (at a charge), windsurfing, catamarans and kayaks. Some may incur a local charge.

The complex offers an entertainment programme and night shows, aquatic gymnasium, fitness / aerobics, archery, darts, petanque, shows and games every night in the theatre.

Location

Situated right on the sea front, the complex is just 1.5 miles from the commercial centre which has a number of shops, bars and restaurants. Ibiza Town is 6 km away and the airport is 4 km.

Rooms

The hotel offers a total of 420 rooms.

All rooms are equipped with two twin beds or a king-sized bed, air conditioning, furnished balcony or terrace, en-suite bathroom with bathroom amenities, hairdryer, fridge, ceiling fan, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, desk with lamp and electronic safe deposit box.

Iron and wifi internet broadband connection are also available at a charge and cots are available on request free of charge.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (08:00-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:30-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant La Sal.

During meals mineral water, house wine and soft drinks are offered (table service).

Also at the disposal of the AI guests for dinner is the Portofino beach A la Carte restaurant.

Snacks are available between 13:00 & 16:00 at the Portofino as well as sandwiches at the pool bar.

Locally & international produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar (09:00-01:00), the pool bar (10:00-18:00) and the Portofino (10:00-18:00 & 19:00-21:00).
