Facilities and services include a 24 hour reception, early check-in and late check-out service (subject to availability) as well as room and laundry service, car rental, WiFi internet access and mountain bike hire.

Guests can also use a sauna, fitness room, spacious communal areas, library and use of a tennis court (100 metres from the hotel, extra charge).

There is also a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi which is surrounded by sun terraces and furnished with sunbeds and parasols.

For children there is a separate childrens pool.

The complex is made up of two former hotels, the Iberostar La Bocayna and Iberostar La Bocayna Park, which has become the newly formed Iberostar Bocayna Village complex.

The complex is set in Las Coloradas Bay and is just 10 minutes away from the famous Papagayo beaches.

Playa Blanca is only 4km away where guests will find a choice of main shopping streets, bars and restaurants.

The International airport is 20 minutes away.

This complex is made up of 48 bungalows sleeping between 2 to 5 guests (maximum of 4 adults).

All bungalows come furnished with a living room with dining area and full kitchen with cooking rings, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. In addition, there is a satellite TV, hire safe, bathroom with shower and hairdryer and furnished terrace or patio.
