Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a newspaper stand, a hairdresser and various shops.

In addition, there is a nightclub, laundry service, medical assistance, a games room, a conference room, a public Internet terminal, a bicycle hire service and car park.

Younger guests may let off steam in the kids club (ages 4-12 years), teen activity programme (July-Aug), mini disco, playground or at one of the two childrens pools.

Guests can can use any of the 6 outdoor swimming pools (one heated in the winter) surrounded by ample spacious terrace areas equipped with hammocks, parasols and pool towel service.

For the active there is also an open air jacuzzi, two tennis courts, sports ground, mini golf, archery, shooting range, table tennis, French Boules, giant chess, darts and billiards hall.

For the health conscious there is a Thalssotherapy centre with indoor heated pool with waterfalls and streams, fitness and aerobics room, beauty area (local charge).

Dining options include three restaurants; a main buffet restaurant (offering buffet and themed specialities with attending chef), La Choza pool bar and restaurant (lunch service on the outdoor terrace beside the pool) and a la carte restaurant (charged locally and serving International specialties and subject to a reservation).

There is also a disco bar, English Beefeater Pub (smoking area, entrance allowed to 16 years old and up), Piano Bar with live evening music and poolside bar.

There is also a daytime and evening entertainment programme.

Location

The hotel is located in the southern part of the island of Lanzarote, in Playa Blanca, a traditional fishing village. The hotel is set on the sea front with direct access to two small beaches on either side of the Hotel, plus excellent views of the Islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos.

The hotel is located ten kilometres from the famous beaches of Papagayo.

Rooms

The property consists of a total of 584 rooms, including 38 junior suites.

All standard rooms sleep 3 adults and 1 child with twin beds and camp bed. The rooms are also equipped with direct dial telephones, air conditioning, satellite television, bathroom and balcony or terrace. A mini fridge and safe are also available for hire.

Seaview rooms are also available.

Seaview priviledge rooms and Junior Suites are available on request and are situated in seafront villas and feature VIP amenities, bathrobes, facilities for coffee and tea, choice of pillows, wooden sunloungers on terrace or balcony, welcome detail on arrival and newspapers and exclusive restaurant with á la carte service at breakfast and dinner.

Rooms are available for non-smokers and there are also special rooms with the basic preparation for the handicapped.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style. Unlimited snacks are also available.

Locally produced alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and mineral water is also available. Drinks in Beefeater Pub also included.

Most activities are also included except mini golf and use of the Spa.
