The complex consists of 105 terraced bungalows, of these there are 100 bungalows with one twin bedroom (capacity 2-3 persons) and five with two twin bedrooms (capacity 2-5 persons).

All bungalows are equipped with kitchenette, fridge, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a ensuite bathroom with shower or bath and hairdryer, satellite TV and direct dial telephone.
