There is a lobby with a 24 hour reception desk, hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. In addition there is a hairdressing salon, disco, casino, games room, internet access, room and laundry service and conference facilities. Guests may also use the car park.

Extensive dining options include two open air buffet restaurants, Italian and Spanish a la carte restaurants, a Japanese restaurant, seafood Grill, snack bar, lobby bar, poolside bar, a cafe and two other bars.

In the gardens, guests have use of the large freeform pool with beach entries and the separate kids section. There is also another freeform sports pool and two large jacuzzis. Thatched sunshades and sunbeds surround the pools and can also be found on the beach.

For the sports enthusiasts there is floodlit tennis, basketball, archery, volleyball, basketball, aerobic and horseriding can be arranged. Watersports can be found at the beach as well as diving lessons.

Guests seeking relaxation can look no further than the health Spa offering a full range of body treatments, scrubs and massage services. There is also Vichy showers, women and mens saunas, steam room and a oceanview four person spa tub.

For the younger guests, there is a childrens play area and kids club activities.

To round off the facilities, the hotel provides daytime and evening entertainment including beach games and evening shows and dancing.

The hotel consists of 731 rooms spread over 3 floors (no lifts).

Each room features a ensuite bathroom with shower only, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, air conditioning and satellite TV. In addition there is complimentary bottled water in the room, in room safe and balcony.

Children can participate in the hotel run kids club activities.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive package includes all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) all buffet style and snacks.

Unlimited locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and water are also included.

All land based sports and non motorised sports are also included.

Not included is international branded drinks, dinner at the Bucanero Grill, wine by the bottle, in room safe, floodlits for tennis, scuba diving and any Spa treatments. Childcare outside the kids club hours are also not included.
