Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange, lifts as well as a vast garden. In addition there is a hairdresser's salon, a nightclub, an auditorium, a casino, a games room, internet access, room and laundry service and bicycle rental.

For the younger guests, there are kids club activities and childrens playground.

There is a swimming pool and a private beach, both of which are furnished with sunbeds and parasols.

Sports facilities include 3 tennis courts, badminton, table tennis, French bowls, darts, volleyball and water polo. A selection of watersports can be found at the beach.

Guests can eat and drink in a choice of 5 bars and 6 restaurants, as well as all of the facilities in the rest of the complex.

The hotel is one of six hotels making up the resort complex and guests have use of all the facilities which are reached by complimentary transport.

The hotel is situated right by the sea on the 3 km long stretch of fine white sand of Bavaro Beach, considered to be one of the top ten beaches in the world.

This first-class hotel comprises of 3 floors with a total of 522 double rooms and 36 suites.

All rooms come furnished with ensuite bathroom with bath/shower combination, bathrobes, hairdryer, complimentary bottled water, mini bar, tea and coffee maker, air conditioning and balcony. In addition there is a flat screen satellite TV with pay movies, in room safe and direct dial telephone.
