Viva Palma Nova Aparthotel has a large lagoon style swimming pool and ample sun terrace, furnished with loungers and surrounded by greenery. Away from the main pool, there is also an adult only chill-out pool, which is surrounded with cabanas.

For children there is a splash pool with fun slides and apparatus, a playground, a mini club, kids club and teens club, a games room, DVD's, children's menus and high chairs in the restaurant and, a mini disco.

Leisure facilities include a fitness gym, a multi-sports court, volleyball and basketball, aerobic and aqua gym sessions, spinning, a putting green, archery and rifle shooting, petanque, table tennis, pool and darts.

The spa and wellness centre has an indoor heated pool with sensation showers, relaxation loungers, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a jacuzzi. Massage treatments are also available.

The main restaurant offers buffet breakfasts and evening meals and there is also a cafe bar by the pool offering A la Carte lunches; an A la Carte terrace restaurant offering evening meals and, an all day cafe bar. In the evening the hotel entertainment team put on shows and games as well as external professional shows.

The hotel also has a mini-market, a gift shop, a visiting Doctor and an internet corner. The lobby lounge has 24 hour reception, free Wifi and services offered include bike hire and currency exchange.
