Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. In addition there is a hairdressing salon, conference room, public internet terminal, laundry service and car park. There are also various shops to browse.

Dining options include a bar, cafe and a air conditioned a la carte restaurant with a non smoking area.

For the younger guests there is a kids club and a playground.

The hotel has two swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) which are surrounded by sun terraces which are furnished with sunbeds and parasols.

For relaxtion, there is a Zen spa with Jacuzzi, massage service, sauna, Turkish Baths and beauty treatments based on techniques and traditions from the most remote parts of Asia.

The Iberostar sports centre (tennis school) is just 400 metres away and has 4 hard courts, 7 clay courts (some of the courts have floodlights) and 4 paddle-tennis courts. There is also a riding school (approximately 1 km away).

There are four gollf courses nearby (one designed by Seve Ballesteros) all of which can be booked and arranged through reception.

The hotel has a fantastic location directly on the Playa la Barrosa beach and next to a 36-hole golf course.

The hotel is positioned in the new modern resort of Sancti Petri and the town of chiclana is a short drive away.
