Facilities

The facilities provided for guests includes a reception, internet access, mini market, restaurant and bar.

There are two swimming pools (one heated in winter), animation programme with daytime and evening activities, sun terrace with sun beds, jacuzzi, floodlit tennis court, pool tables, mini golf and a free shuttle bus several times a day to Maspalomas Beach.

For the younger guests the hotel provides a swimming pool and play ground.

Some facilities may incur a local charge.

Location

The apartments are situated 1 km from the nearest shopping centre, 3.5 km from the beach and approximately 30 km from the airport.

Rooms

The complex has 120 bright, spacious recently refurbished one bedroom apartments consisting of living room with sofa bed and TV (payable locally), kitchenette equipped with hob and fridge, separate bedroom with twin beds, bathroom and furnished balcony or terrace.

All apartments also have safety deposit boxes (payable locally). The rooms are cleaned three times per week, towels are changed twice per week and linen is changed once per week.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme offers breakfast (8 am to 10 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 2.30 pm) and dinner (6 pm to 8.30 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant.

With lunch and dinner local beer, wine, soft drinks, mineral water and juices are served.

Snacks (pasta, salads and meats) are available from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm. Afternoon tea is available from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm.

Locally produced alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks such as rum, whisky, sangria, wine, beer, vodka, cognac, mineral water, soft drinks and juices are served from 10 am to 11.30 pm.
