The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, currency exchange, internet access, hair dressers, mini market and car rental.

A buffet restaurant, a la carte restaurant, bar and pool bar are also provided.

Sports and leisure facilities includes 3 swimming pools, one of which is heated, sun loungers and parasols, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis, 5 a side football and tennis courts. The animation team provides a variety of daytime activities and evening entertainment.

For the younger guests there is a separate swimming pool, kids club, animation team and play ground.

The hotel also provides complimentary bus transfer 3 times a day to the beach.

The hotel is situated 800m from the beach, 4km from the city centre of Playa de Ingles, and 30 km from Gran Canaria International Airport.

Guest rooms are pleasantly furnished and are all provided with a satellite TV, private bathroom, hair dryer, telephone, air conditioning, mini bar (on request), safe for hire, balcony or terrace and regular maid service.

All Inclusive

The all inclusive package consists of breakfast 08:00-10:30, lunch 13:00-15:30 and dinner 18:00-19:30 and 20:00-21:30, all served buffet style in the main restaurant.

Snacks are available between 13:00 and 15:00 with afternoon tea being served 15:30 - 16:30.

Locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are served in the pool bar and main bar 10:00 -18:00 and in the disco bar 18:00-24:00.
