Located in central Marmaris, the complex is a short walk from the beach and close to the resort centre with many shops, bars and restaurants.

The complex feature hotel rooms, studios and one-bedroom apartments.

All hotel rooms are furnished with private bathroom, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, room service and a furnished balcony or terrace.

Apartments feature additional living room with two sofabeds and kitchenette equipped with fridge, 2 hotplates, kettle, toaster and utensils. In addition there is a hairdryer and safe deposit box (local charge).

Studios are located on the top floor with a sloping roof, they have a shower-room and living area with double or twin beds and a sofa bed. Studios have the same facilities as apartments.
