Hotel facilities include 24hour reception, concierge, room service, laundry and dry cleaning, parking and luggage storage.

Guests are also provided with a shop, internet corner and a free shuttle service to the golf course and the water park.

Dining options include the main buffet restaurant, an a la carte restaurant open for dinner, a snack bar and 3 bars.

Sport and leisure facilities include 2 outdoor swimming pools and 2 kid’s pools with sun-terraces, loungers and parasols, 3 tennis courts and a fitness centre.

The hotel is situated on the seafront about 2km from the centre of Malia.

Heraklion Airport is around 33km from the hotel.

Rooms

The hotel has various room types available from standard rooms in the main building to classic and deluxe bungalow rooms and family apartments to suites with sea views.

All rooms are provided with private balcony or terrace, air conditioning, safe deposit box, tea and coffee making facilities, mini-bar, flat screen satellite TV with radio channels, direct dial telephone, high speed internet access, hairdryer and en-suite bathroom.

Bungalows have private or sharing pools or immediate access to one of the large pools.

Cots for infants are available on request.

All Inclusive

Please note that the pool area may experience some road traffic noise. All rooms are in an elevated position and not suitable for those with walking difficulties.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast from 07.30-10.00, late breakfast from 10.00-11.00, lunch from 12.30-14.00, dinner from 18.30-21.00 and late arrivals dinner from 22.00-01.00, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant.

Water, local beer, house wine and soft drinks are served with meals. The Taverna is available for lunch for AI guests once per week (reservation required). Snacks such as sandwiches are available at the Daedalos and Aeolos Bars, and hot dogs at the Kafenion (subject to individual opening times). Coffee and tea is available 16.00-17.00.
