Alcudia Holidays

Alcudia lies on the north of the island and offers plenty to see and do, with a five mile long beach and a wide range of watersports coupled with the shallow waters make it ideal for families of all ages.

Fiestas

Alcudia has several fiestas throughout the year, the first of the holiday season is Sant Pere the patron of sailors (end of June), and features a number of sporting and musical events, the highlight being a procession with the statue of Sant Pere, which is then placed on a boat and sailed around the bay followed by a flotilla of decorated boats. Next is Sant Jaume the patron of Alcudia (end of July) with concerts, open-air dances and religious ceremonies.

Getting About

Alcudia is well served by buses with connections to neighbouring towns and further afield, though they can often be crowded particularly on market days. There are several taxi ranks throughout the resort.

Things To Do

The resort offers a variety of family activities, including boat trips, go-karting and a waterpark, thereâ%uFFFD%uFFFDs also a choice of shops and a twice weekly market.

The majority of nightlife and restaurants can be found around the port, where all tastes and budgets are well catered for.
