The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, laundry facilities, car rental, supermarket, medical assistance and baby equipment hire including items such as high chairs, pushchairs and cots.

The complex has 2 lagoon style swimming pools, sun terrace with loungers, sports centre with a gym, bowling alley, games room, squash courts, pool tables, air hockey and play station corner. There is a daytime and evening entertainment programme and a children's soft play area.

The La Piazza Restaurant opens from 8.30 am until midnight and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant also offers a take away service. There is a bar and a disco also on site.

Location

The complex is situated on a hillside in the Oasis del Sur area of Los Cristianos. There are shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is approx 2 km away.

Los Cristianos is situated approx 14 km from Tenerife South airport.

Rooms

The accommodation consists of studios, one, two and three bed room apartments. Each accommodation unit is provided with an en suite bathroom, well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Guest rooms also have a TV, lounge area, balcony or terrace.

Studios have a combined living/sleeping area and the apartments have separate bedrooms.

Kids Club

The kids club is available for children aged 4-14 years of age and is open daily 11:00-13:00 and 13:30-16:00. There is also a kids mini disco every evening at 20:00. The kids club is run by a professional animation team who organise games, competitions, crafts and activities.
