The hotel has a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. In addition there is a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, internet access, laundry service, limited hour room service and TV room.

Dining options include a poolside bar and a air conditioned buffet restaurant.

There are two swimming pools including a childrens paddling pool which are surrounded by sun terraces and furnished with sunbeds. There is also a jacuzzi and sauna.

For the younger guests there is a kids playground and mini club (ages 4-12 years).

Daytime and evening entertainment is also offered, which includes live music and dance shows. Guests can make use of facilities at all other H.Top hotels in the area free of charge; a free shuttle bus runs three times a day providing transport between the properties.
