On-site facilities include 24hr reception, currency exchange, parking, meeting facilities, business centre and a gift shop. In addition there is 24hr room service, laundry service and free transportation to the resort centre and the beach (seasonal).

Dining and entertainment choices include the main buffet restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, a poolside restaurant and a further restaurant serving local Catalan cuisine. There are also 3 bars which includes a pool bar and a lounge bar, as well as the Grand Casino Costa Brava.

There is an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by grass furnished with sun-loungers and sunshades.

Younger guests are provided with a childrens pool, a playground, games area, mini-club and entertainment programme with mini-disco, competitions and games etc (seasonal).

The hotel is in a quieter part of the resort a short walk from the beach and resort centre.
