Things to do
The resort has a small waterpark with a selection of slides, leisure park and a children’s pool; as well as the Lanzarote Aquarium with 33 aquariums including a submarine tunnel ideal for viewing the shark tank. Costa Teguise also features the first golf course on the island which opened in 1978, the par 72,18-hole course has a practice green, driving range, a bar, restaurant, pro shop and equipment rental service.
The beach
Costa Teguise has three main beaches; Las Cucharas, Playa del Jabillo and Bastian Beach. Las Cucharas is ideal for windsurfing and there are several windsurfing schools around the bay. Diving trips are also popular in the resort and there are several diving outlets offering dive expeditions and PADI courses.
