Facilities include an entrance hall with a 24 hour reception desk, a hotel safe, currency exchange service and car park. In addition there is a car rental service, TV room, small supermarket, hairdressing salon, lifts, internet access and laundry service.

Younger guests can enjoy the kids club activities (4 to 12 years) and play at the playground with an exciting pirate ship as the main feature. Baby cots and baby-sitting are available on request.

The hotel is sat right on the beach in Laganas and only 500 metres from the bustling nightlife of Laganas Village.

The main town of Zakynthos is only 8kms away with its harbour, shops and narrow streets.
