There is a 24-hour reception (if the reception of the 3 star area is not operative, the reception of hotel Dunas Paradise, which is also within the complex is at customers disposal 24 hours), lift, a supermarket, a hairdresser, fax and e-mail service, wake up service, cash machine, international phones, and beach towels available for rent.

During low season, depending on occupancy, the reception and restaurant of the hotel will close. All check in, check out and transfers will be done at Dunas Paradise.

Additionally, there is a games room, auditorium, a disco, a supermarket, a medical service and a launderette.

Guests can use the complex's tennis courts, four outdoor swimming pools which are furnished with sun terrace with sunbeds, gym, massage service, football pitch as well as the paddleboard.

The younger guests will enjoy the children's playground, the kids' club, the kids' disco and the animal petting zoo.

The complex also offers guests a mini train for getting from place to place within the resort. There is parking available for those arriving by car.

Dining options include a buffet restaurant, snack bar, poolside bar and a nightbar.

Daytime and evening entertainment is provided 6 times a week.

The complex consists of several parts, each with their own unique style and character. Each part has its own amenities and is located within one of the largest holiday resort complexes in the Canary Islands.

Rooms

All 159 double rooms are allocated in the hotel.

All rooms come furnished with ensuite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone and hire safe.

There is also a mini fridge and balcony or terrace.

Rooms are cleaned five times per week and towels are changed three times, while sheets once per week.
