Onsite facilities include a reception desk with lobby area, games lounge and small supermarket. For an additional fee, guests may use the coin-operated washing machine with a dryer.

Meals and drinks are served in the Internet café, in the popular beer cellar or in the buffet restaurant.

Younger guests may let off steam in the playground and participate in the kids' club activities (5-12 years).

The hotel provides two outdoor pools, one with childrens section, set around sun terraces furnished with sunbeds and parasols. There is also 2 squash courts (payable locally).

This complex is situated 100 metres from the heart of the resort, the spectacular beach and next to the commercial and tourist centre of Jandía.

The fishing village of Morro Jable is a short walk along the road.

There is a convenient supermarket on site and 400 metres away there is a small shopping centre.

The picturesque fishing village of Cofete is 15 kms along the coast, whilst the airport is 85 kms away.
