The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:00) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all buffet style, served in the El Saladar main restaurant (6th floor).

During meals all national drinks are offered.

Continental breakfast with coffee, tea, milk, fruit juices, croissants, bread, butter, marmalade, cheese, etc (self-service) is from 10:30-12:00 at the La Palapa pool bar (4th floor).

Snacks such as sandwiches & cakes are available between meals and in the evening until midnight at the pool bar (10:30-18:30) and the piano bar Fin de Siglo (21:30-24:00).

Tea & coffee time with cakes is between 15:30 & 17:30 at the pool bar La Palapa. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks are served at the piano bar (15:30-18:30), the lounge bar (19:00-23:00) and the pool bar (10:00-18:30).

There is a wine & beverage list at the snack bar La Palapa between 15:00 & 17:30.

A plastic wrist band must be worn by all the AI guests as identification. Dress code applies during dinner; no shorts, bermudas and sleeveless T-shirts are permitted.
