The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, internet corner, shopping arcade, laundry facilities, clinic with medical assistance and transfers.

There are 2 swimming pools (heated in winter), a water park with swimming pool and junior slides, private beach, sun loungers and parasols. There is also a diving centre, beach volleyball, water aerobics, water polo, table tennis and boccia. Further facilities include include a wellness centre offering a variety of treatments.

For the children the hotel provides a kids club and high chairs in the restaurants.

Dining options within the complex include a the main buffet restaurant, a la carte restaurant, beach bar and restaurant and main hotel bar.

Rooms

There are 330 guest rooms, each one is provided with twin or king size beds, private bathroom, climate control, mini fridge, in room safe, smoke detectors, satellite TV, telephone and a private balcony or terrace.

Kids Club

The kids clubs are provided 7 days a week from 10:00 until 17:00 with Trixie kids for 4-8 year olds and Trixie cool for kids aged 9-12 years.

Activities include face painting, handy craft, sports, costume making, balloon games and much more! There are also themed days organised with themes including Olympic day, Egyptian day, Beach day, Pirates day and balloon day.
