On-site facilities include 24hr reception, business centre, ATM machine, currency exchange, medical assistance and babysitting (on request). In addition there is a shopping arcade with a hair salon.

Dining options include the main buffet restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, an Italian restaurant, beach restaurant, cafe bar, pool swim-up bar, lounge bar and hotel entertainment bar.

The hotel has two pools, one with childrens section and sun-terrace furnished with loungers and parasols. There is also a towel service free for hotel guests.

Younger guests are provided with a kids club for ages 4-12yrs and childrens pool.

Other facilities on offer include a Wellness centre with jacuzzi, steam bath, sauna and massage service, gym, billiards, table tennis, tennis court, beach volleyball and giant chess.

The hotel animation team provide a programme of daily activities with pool games, aerobics, dancing and cooking lessons. In the evenings there are live shows, music, karaoke and belly dancing etc.

Location

The hotel is situated on the beachfront, just a short drive from the airport and downtown area.

Situated across the road from the hotel is the sister complex the Grand Plaza Resort.

Rooms

The hotel has a total of 230 rooms.

All rooms are furnished with a balcony or terrace, bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, mini-bar (large bottle of water, replenished daily), telephone, satellite TV with music channels, tea & coffee making facilities, safe deposit box and internet access.

Standard rooms can sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child.

Family rooms are also available and feature a living area with sofa bed, maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 12yrs.

Cots are available on request.

Kids Club

The kids club is open for children aged 4-12 yrs.

Open from 10am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

Activities include painting, model clay and much more.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme includes all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), snacks and locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks served at selected outlets and times throughout the day.

Extra charges apply for medical assistance, internet access, room service, billiards, dive centre, wellness centre, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and massages, equipment and lighting for tennis, motorised sports such as waterskiing, banana boat and glass bottom boat.

Special Information

Guests should take into consideration that after police instructions no transfers to Luxor or Aswan are allowed between 18:00 and 06:00. Guests arriving after 18:00 will be transferred the next day.
