On-site facilities include 24hr reception, medical assistance and shuttle bus service. In addition there is 24hr room service, currency exchange, meeting facilities, internet cafe, shopping arcade and laundry service.

Dining choices for guests include the main buffet restaurant, a beach snack bar, a grill bar, 2 a'la carte restaurants and a further 4 bars.

The hotel has 3 swimming pools surrounded by sun-terraces as well as 1km of private beach, all of which are furnished with sun-loungers and parasols. There is also a free towel service.

Younger guests are provided with a mini-club, mini disco, childrens pools and a large playground.

Other facilities include a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, massage service, hair & beauty salon, diving centre, watersports, 3 tennis courts, table tennis, football, darts, big chess and billiards.

The hotel is situated approx 12km from the downtown area of Hurghada.

The airport is about 10km from the hotel.

Rooms

The resort has a total of 912 rooms and suites with garden, pool or sea views.

All air conditioned rooms are furnished with safe deposit boxes, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, hairdryer and private bathroom.

Not all rooms have a balcony or terrace.

Kids Club

The kids club is available for children aged 4-12yrs and is open for two sessions 10am to 12.30pm and 3pm to 5pm.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme includes all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) served buffet style in the main restaurant. A variety of snacks are available at selected times and outlets throughout the day.

Ice-cream for children (under 12) is available from 3pm to 5pm.

Locally produced alcoholic and soft drinks are available with meals and at the hotel bars 24hours a day.

Additional charges apply for all drinks at the disco bar, Bella Vista bar, Piano Bar, Oriental cafe, room service, a'la carte restaurants, medical assistance and shuttle bus service (Hotel to Sakalla and back).
