Facilities include 24hour reception, TV corner, mini-market, a restaurant and a lobby bar.

The outdoor complex features three swimming pools with children’s section and sun-terrace with loungers and parasols free for guests use as well as a pool bar.

Sport and leisure facilities include a tennis court, volleyball and basketball courts, table tennis, billiards (local charge) and fitness room.

Children’s facilities include two pools, a playground and mini-club (4-12years).

A full animation program is provided though mainly in German.

Location

The hotel is situated just 600m from the resort centre with its wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

The Star Water Park can be found just 100metres from the hotel.

Heraklion Airport is around 20km from the hotel and the nearest bus stop is just 30m away.

Rooms

A total of 580 rooms each provided with en-suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, mini-fridge, hairdryer, safe deposit box and bathroom.

Family rooms have additional living room with kitchenette and two separate bedrooms.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast 07:00-10:00, lunch 12:00-14:00 and dinner 18:00-21:00, all buffet style with Greek specialties, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast, coffee, tea, cacao and juices are offered; during lunch and dinner, draught beer and house wine.

Coffee time with cakes is between 16:00 and 17:00 at the pool bar.

Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like juices, refreshments, draught beer, house wine (red and white), ouzo, raki, brandy, tea and coffee are served at the lobby bar 18:00-23:00 and the pool bar 10:00-23:00.

Extra charges apply to billiard tables, electronic games, internet access, safety deposit boxes and air conditioning (except during high season 01/08-23/08).
