Facilities include 24hour reception, currency exchange, meeting room, luggage storage and lift access.

Guests are also provided with a mini-market, internet corner and a TV room.

Dining options include the main restaurant serving all meals buffet style and a Greek restaurant open for dinner only. The hotel also features a main bar and sports café bar both with large satellite TVs and table games, along with a snack bar and 2 pool bars.

Leisure facilities include 3 swimming pools and 3 kid’s pools with sun-terraces, loungers and parasols, mini-golf, games room and a multi-purpose court.

The in-house animation team arrange activities during the day and evening ranging from pool games to tournaments (billiards, table tennis etc) and bingo nights to discos.

Children’s facilities include a kids club, playground, games room and three pools as well as highchairs, children’s section and menu in the restaurant. Baby sitting is available on request (local charge).

Location

The resort is situated in a quiet part of Gouves around 300 metres from the sandy beach.

Heraklion Airport is about 12km from the hotel and Heraklion City is 19km.

Rooms

A total of 267 rooms are spread over three buildings and made up of 114 double rooms, 30 lower category rooms, 94 family rooms, 5 double rooms with sharing pool and 24 maisonettes with jacuzzi.

All rooms are provided with en-suite bathroom, balcony or terrace, satellite TV with music channels, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, hairdryer, safety deposit boxes (local charge) and air conditioning (individually operated).

Standard double rooms have a maximum occupancy of 3 people.

Family rooms have a separate bedroom and lounge with additional satellite TV and air conditioning unit, maximum occupancy of 4 people.

Maisonettes have additional Jacuzzi on the terrace and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The lower category rooms (3*) can accommodate up to 3 people and feature en-suite shower rooms.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and may be subject to change and/or availability.

All Inclusive includes all meals served buffet style in the main restaurant; breakfast 07:30-10:00, lunch 12:30-14:00 and dinner 18:30-21:30. Early breakfast and lunch basket available on request one day in advance. Drinks during lunch and dinner include soft drinks, local beer and local wine. For dinner there is a smart dress code. Guests may also dine in the Greek restaurant prior to reservation (open in high season).

Snacks are available between 11:00-17:00 at the snack bar and pool bars. Coffee time with a variety of cakes, biscuits, tea, coffee and ice cream for children is available at the pool bars 16:00-17:00.

Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available at all bars between 11:00-23:00 and include soft drinks, juices, local beer, local wine, local brandy, ouzo and raki.
