Clyb Lyda Hotel has 3 outdoor swimming pools, one of which has a swim-up bar, surrounded by sun terraces and gardens with free loungers and parasols.

For children there are 2 separate pools, a mini-club and free cots and high chairs.

During the summer season, the complex organises daytime activities as well as evening entertainment including theme nights and karaoke. Further leisure facilities include a sauna and a jacuzzi, a games room with billiards and video games and, a TV lounge with wide-screen satellite TV.

The restaurant offers buffet and A la Carte service with indoor and outdoor dining and there is also a cafe bar, a lounge bar and a pool-side bar.

The complex has free parking spaces and a mini market. Reception is available 24 hours a day and services offered include internet access, currency exchange, laundry and an on-call doctor.

Location

Club Lyda Hotel is located within 10 minutes walk of 2 sandy beaches. There are shops, tavernas and restaurants close by and a wider range in the resort centre, approx 15 minutes away. There are a variety of excursions and activities available including boat trips, an aqua park, cultural and archaeological attractions and water sports.

There is a tourist land train which runs to the Aquarium and there is also bus stop outside the hotel if you wish to venture into the lively nearby resorts of Malia or Hersonissos. Gouves is approx 17km from Heraklion Airport

There are 140 guest rooms at the Club Lyda Hotel, comprising studios, one bedroom apartments and duplex-style maisonettes, all of which offer spacious accommodation.

All accommodation is air-conditioned (payable locally) and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and/or shower, a mini fridge, a hire safe, a radio, a telephone and a balcony or terrace with views over the pool, gardens or mountains. Cots and highchairs are available, free on request.
