With such a large stretch of beach, watersports make up for most of the activities on offer here and with its year round windy climate windsurfing and kiteboarding are the most popular. There is a market on Sunday mornings with a variety of stalls to choose from.

Popular with German tourists, many of the bars and restaurants have a German theme and much of the entertainment is spoken in German, though Spanish and British bars can also be found.
Getting About
Costa Calma is well situated for exploring the south of the island, though its recommended to hire a four-wheel drive vehicle if visiting the more remote areas.
